Yoran Market is owned and operated by Yonan Made Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

Yonan Made Inc. is the contractual seller and the entity that receives payments for purchases on Yoran Market.

Yoran Market and Yoran Studio are brands of Yonan Made Inc.; Yoran Studio is not a separate legal entity.

By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to that activity: the Privacy Policy, Yoran Asset License and Refund Policy.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use Yoran Market only for lawful purposes. Do not share an account to bypass product licensing or download restrictions.

Yoran Market sells digital assets. Product access may be provided immediately through your Library after successful payment. Product descriptions, compatibility notes and included files form part of the purchase information.

Prices and taxes are confirmed during checkout. A required digital-delivery acknowledgment is recorded with the policy versions active at checkout. Payment completion remains subject to confirmation by the payment provider.

A purchase grants the limited usage rights described in the Yoran Asset License. It does not transfer ownership of source assets or intellectual property, and it does not permit redistribution.

Digital-product refund eligibility and the effect of a confirmed refund on future access and licensing are explained in the Refund Policy.

Yonan Made Inc. or the relevant rightsholder retains rights in protected materials. Yonan Made Inc. may use appropriate platform reports, hosting requests, repository complaints or account measures to address unauthorized redistribution. Third-party components remain subject to their own stated terms.

Do not interfere with Yoran Market, evade access controls, misuse signed download links or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Features may change for security, maintenance or product improvement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded.

Material changes should be published under a new version and acceptance requested where appropriate. A purchase keeps its recorded checkout policy snapshot; legacy orders are not represented as having accepted newer terms.
