Yoran Asset License

Yoran Market is owned and operated by Yonan Made Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

Yonan Made Inc. is the contractual seller and the entity that receives payments for purchases on Yoran Market.

Yoran Market and Yoran Studio are brands of Yonan Made Inc.; Yoran Studio is not a separate legal entity.

A completed purchase grants the purchasing account a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product in projects, subject to this license. The purchase grants permission to use the asset; it does not sell or transfer ownership of the source asset or its intellectual property.

The license is issued to the purchasing Yoran Market account and identified by a stable Yoran License ID. Do not share an account or download access to distribute assets. A future team or studio license may introduce a broader scope, but no such scope is granted by this version.

You may integrate the asset into finished personal or commercial projects, including games and interactive experiences, and may adapt it as needed for that project.

The finished project must not expose the asset as a reusable source asset or enable others to extract and reuse it.

You may not sell, resell, sublicense, share, publish, upload, mirror, leak, trade or otherwise distribute the source asset, whether unchanged or modified.

• No marketplace resale or competing asset pack.
• No public repository, shared drive, download archive, template pack or source-file handoff.
• No account sharing intended to bypass purchase, licensing or download limits.

Editing, combining, converting or extending an asset does not transfer ownership and does not create a right to redistribute the original asset, a modified source version or a substantially extractable derivative asset.

Yonan Made Inc. or the relevant rightsholder retains ownership of source assets, code, models, VFX, SFX, artwork, documentation and other protected material. If a product identifies third-party components under separate terms, those separate terms apply to those components; this license does not claim rights Yonan Made Inc. does not hold.

When a refund validly terminates a product license, the customer’s rights under this license for that product end. Future Yoran Market download access is removed. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely recalled, but they may no longer be used or redistributed after termination.

Unauthorized redistribution may lead to license or account enforcement and appropriate infringement reports, hosting takedown requests, repository removal requests or platform intellectual-property complaints.

Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot be excluded.
