Refund Policy

Yoran Market is owned and operated by Yonan Made Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

Yonan Made Inc. is the contractual seller and the entity that receives payments for purchases on Yoran Market.

Yoran Market and Yoran Studio are brands of Yonan Made Inc.; Yoran Studio is not a separate legal entity.

Customers may request immediate access during checkout. After successful payment, products can become available in the customer’s Library without a physical delivery or waiting period.

Because digital products can be accessed and retained immediately, purchases are generally not refundable after the product has been accessed or downloaded solely because the customer changed their mind.

Yonan Made Inc. may review a request when, for example, there is a verified duplicate purchase, a material technical defect that cannot reasonably be resolved, materially inaccurate product information or another circumstance that requires a remedy.

Requests are assessed against the purchase record, download history, product information and the rights that cannot be excluded.

A prompt request made before the product is accessed or downloaded may be considered based on the circumstances. This does not create an automatic entitlement where fraud, misuse or another restriction applies.

For orders containing multiple products, a refund may apply only to selected products. Access and licenses for products that remain paid stay active.

Yonan Made Inc. changes ownership and license status only after a trusted confirmation from the payment provider. Future download access for the refunded product is removed and its Yoran license ends. A refund cannot remotely delete files already downloaded, but continued use or redistribution is not permitted after license termination.

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider. The time needed for funds to appear on the original payment method may depend on the customer’s bank or payment network.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded.
